A doorway to transformation and change

A therapeutic family meeting is designed to support a loved one in seeking help for substance use or mental health challenges. Emotions like fear, grief, and frustration can make it hard to communicate clearly during these moments.

Our approach frames these meetings not as confrontations or ultimatums, but as invitations to heal and make meaningful change. Guided by compassion, love, and thoughtful clarity, our process is carefully structured to foster safety, understanding, and hope. We believe that love—rather than pressure or fear—is the most powerful motivator for lasting transformation.

We are committed to easing the emotional and financial burden that families often face through repeated treatment attempts.

Beyond the stereotypes presented in the media, our therapeutic family meetings are never intimidating or manipulating. Instead, we create a supportive space where the individual can hear their loved one’s concerns and engage in the conversation with empathy, respect, and reassurance.

Simple Process

Our Process is Simple. Thoughtful planning, open and compassionate communication, well-defined boundaries, and a foundation of love.

Preparation & Planning
We guide families through a structured planning process, helping each participant speak from a place of love and honesty, increasing the chances the individual will accept help. Preparation includes an initial discovery session, all planning sessions, case strategy, team formation and communication with prospective treatment options.
Ongoing Support
We provide families 24/7 support while preparing for the family meeting. We want all members of the family to feel validated if any questions, thoughts, or concerns arise. This is a stressful time, and we are here for you.
Tailored and Vetted Recommendations
We recommend the most appropriate levels of care to support long-term recovery, not just immediate stabilization. All treatment options provided have been thoroughly vetted and we are confident in their ability to care for your loved one.
Continued Care Navigation
Our work continues post-intervention. We provide families with guidance, resources, and ongoing support to foster healing for all involved. After every therapeutic family meeting, we include one month of continued care navigation while your loved one is in a treatment setting or if they refused the offer for help.
