Her Story

More than a decade of walking

alongside others.

Sarah brings more than a decade of heartfelt dedication to walking alongside individuals and families as they find their way through life’s many challenges.

She earned her Master of Social Work from Quinnipiac University in 2016, but her commitment to this work goes far beyond credentials—it’s rooted in a genuine desire to help people feel seen, heard, and supported during some of the most vulnerable seasons of their lives.

Over the years, Sarah has guided clients through the often overwhelming and complex world of mental health and substance use care with compassion, steadiness, and grace—helping them rediscover hope, strength, and a path forward.

Sarah began her career providing immediate support through a statewide crisis hotline, offering guidance and reassurance in moments of acute distress. She later advanced to a senior leadership role at an inpatient and residential mental health and addiction hospital, where she oversaw admissions and collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic, patient-centered care.

Sarah has worked at several of the most clinically sophisticated treatment programs in the country and gained a comprehensive understanding of the behavioral health landscape and the nuances of delivering high-quality, evidence-based care.

Alongside her clinical expertise, Sarah brings firsthand experience navigating the complexities of mental health care within her own family. Her father’s battle with depression and suicidality exposed her to the challenges of crisis management, complex treatment systems, and the emotional demands placed on families during critical times.

This experience strengthened her empathy, resilience, and ability to guide others through uncertainty with clarity and calm. What began as a deeply personal responsibility has become a professional calling: helping families navigate crises, advocate effectively for their loved ones, and access the support and guidance they need during life’s most difficult moments.
